check with your local bar association, YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY, some one is playing games with you, trailers are considered as portable personal equiptment, no one forecloses on a paid debt, no matter who paid the bill make sure that you are in possession of all of the reciepts of payments, you`ll need all of them

Try to find a company that will finance the balance in your name and pay off the note if the mobile home people will sell it to you. I can't see why they would refuse. If it was in her name, it was hers. Sorry

My opinion is that if its named on your discharged financial ruin it's going to be coated, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that if thats actual how have been you waiting to maintain it? ensure it grew to become into no longer ignored via fact my information is that something listed as bankrupt is grew to become over, and with a view to maintain a motor vehicle or a house this isn't any longer listed after the release is very final. touch your lawyer or trustee.

at this point, seek legal council. dont hire an attorney unless you really plan on spending alot of money and fighting this. but it can be resolved that way

Contact an attorney. As next of kin you should have settled your sister's estate by now, your home should have been part of it.

You can call a lawyer and not ask a bunch of yahoos with NO legal knowledge for their opinion.
But obviously, it's not that important to you.
