Me, my mother and two sister staying for 5 months in our new condominium. It's only one bedroom( the whole second floor + small bathroom and kitchen + dinning room for the main floor) . We've been paying almost $2,000.00 a month + $170.00 for H.O.A.(home owners association). Without swimming pool or a nice garden. When I saw an apartment costing the same thing as we have it also have a gym and other amenities. This condo unit is eating our savings. I don't know what to do?

We're trying to sell our home and trying to determine "how low we can go" - my husband insists we need to have 10 - 20% down for the new home, but I've seen and heard a lot of "no down payment" options out there.

My smoke alarms have gone off 2x this week, 1st when the furnace overheated (5:30am), 2nd when the kerosene fumes came through the walls (2:15am). Landlord for the property has a plumber working on the unit, but until it's fixed, what can I do. I own my house, but it's a twin so it's attached to the landlord's home. Do I have any rights to protect my house.....landlord could put "bad" tenants in for spite...any advice

My husband is in the military and had recieved orders to go to a new base. So we started the process of buying a house in new location, then the President came up with this new plan and now we are stuck at our current base until after he deploys. We already signed alot of paperwork and put down $500 earnest money- no money down besides that. My question is now that the orders have been deleted are we still liable for anything here? Can we get back earnest? We havent told the realtor yet-help- closing date is next week!

My online listing on the company website is full of huge mistakes and he will not change it. The online MLS in Canada has no pertinent details or picture and he will not expand on it. I had to put the "For Sale" sign up myself, because he does not work weekends, etc. This has gone on for months! Is there a code of ethics?
