i have been looking at websites and they only tell you the actual price of the home.

there are other expenses though like transporting the home to the site, utility hook ups, taxes, etc.

i am interested in a 70-75K/1000sq ft home in the country surrounding the Columbus Ohio area. assuming the plot of land costs $10,000 does anyone have a rough guess of what the total cost would be?

you really dont have to bother telling me to contact the manufacturer or dealer. thats kind of obvious isnt it? i would appreciate even a guess if it is reasonable and half way educated.

The manger said they were keeping all of it because they did'nt rent it the following month. i live in california.

I would like the neighbor to remove since it's coming from her vine plant on other side of the fence. It's growing out of control and is climbing on my roof. I've been out of town for two months and just now found this surprise plant coming on my side... Is it her responsibility to remove from my property? If yes and she doesn't remove, can I bill her for having removed?

I heard they are building a Mall of America there, and a Six Flags. Is the market a good place to purchase considering the advancements of the population due to these future buildings? What about the current market.....do you think Vail will increase and a good place to purchase?

Are the sellers obligated to fix anything that does not pass inspection out of their own pocket? and...Are they required to furnish any appliances if the house has no appliances? Do the windows have to open and close good to pass inspection? Does the attic fan have to work? etc??? What should I look for after I make a bid??

My realtor says that I should pay asking price on the house I want and when I mentioned seeing if the seller would pay closing costs she acted like that was too much to ask. Does she make more money If I pay full price or something? Can I trust her advice? The house is for $69,900 (1st home) How much would closing costs be??? My rate is 6.375% Who can I trust and how can I cut down the closing costs?????

I am making a bid on my 1st home tomorrow. Should I bid asking price? Also, would it be ok to ask the seller to pay the closing costs? And can I also request things like a new stove? Or would that just sound too pushy? I am pre approved and would just like to get the best deal I can and not be taken advantage of since this is my 1st home purchase. I am bidding tomorrow with my real estate agent. ANY ADVICE is GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks : )~

I want to provide a family free rent (they pay elect) for 6 months. However I would like for them to go to church and attend a budget class and help arount the complex and save their money so they can be ahead when their 6 months is up. Can I legally make these conditions to the no rent? And can I legally have them sign an agreement so that if they don't abide to the conditions I can bring in another family?

I've been thinking about this and haven't decided what to do. I'm interested in some opinions. A friend rents out rooms in his home and I heard about an opening. I asked if he was looking to add a roommate or if he was replacing a current one (who he said has been abusing things by having his girlfriend over 25 nights a month). He said he wanted to replace this person. He tells me the guy was planning to move out within 60 days. I said I want to take the room and he agreed. I paid him a storage fee and moved all my things into his garage until the other guy moves out. Anyway two weeks later he calls to tell me that the guy changed his mind and wants to move his girlfriend into the house permanently (with her now also paying rent). So he does this after I went through the hassle of moving... and he ASSURED me in advance he'd encourage the guy to move out sooner! I can't believe he just decided it was okay to let the guy stay after we made a deal. How should I react to this?

why do realtors lie in their listing ads ? I ask for water frontage theres no frontage , I ask for 3 bedrooms two are in the basement, I ask for 1,300 sq feet 3 rooms are 6x8 those arent rooms they are closets , they show homes with multiple offers already, why waste my time ?They get first chance at repo's they shouldnt be allowed to make offers till the repo has been on the open market , they need to wait and bid on them like everyone else has to . If they are friends with the seller they let their friends in on the deal even if you make full price offer .
