You probably can't. That is why timeshares hav such lousy reputations. They are almost impossible to resell for anything close to what you paid. Good luck, though.

Advertise your timeshare on timeshare websites like www.tug2.net or www.redweek.com or www.myresortnetwork.com

If you are lucky you will reap back 50% of what you purchased it for. You can advertise on ebay as well although I think it's too expensive to use them. Try the other sites first as everyone is looking for a great deal! As a last resort, use the sites to rent out your timeshare.

take your loss you may be can take loss off taxes i don't know. look around agents do sell time share don't get caught in the pay a fee to register trap just a con goes along with time share. you don.t want to pay the yearly maintenance fee on something not of much value over the years you will pay thousands of dollars.
