We have experienced a 10% add on cost in taxation plus legal fees in Spain. Also, annual running costs including wealth tax, community charges, electricity standing orders and water/rubbish/local rate charges to total nearly £2,500 a year on a three bed aspartment.
We felt this was too high. Our next country to consider buying property is Poland.

II own a house that I am currently renting out.
Can some one recommend a web site where I can get an estimate of house value? I tried Google, and all the web sites I visit want to know contact info, etc. I am not currently trying to sell the house (so I don't want any one calling me). I was just curious to know its value. And I am looking for only an approximate number.

Thanks

How much should I save up for a down payment on a house? I’m thinking about getting one that’s no more than $150,000.

I heard that you are only allowed to veiw the outside of the home on foreclosed properties, is this true? How do you go about buying foreclosed properties? How much money should I set aside? do I need an agent to purchase?

Is it best for me to buy at auction, renovate then sell? Should I look at building a portfolio of properties to rent? Is there anything else I can consider? What would be the tax implications?

I am interested in flipping houses and I have been looking on the internet for repos and can only find those sites that ask for $39.00 to join. There has got to be some other way of finding them. We have an agent that is finding low cost houses but would much rather look into repos. Any help? Thanks

I just signed a lease that stipulates that "utilities are not included" in the rent. I'm not from New York, NY and I don't know if that means heat, hot water, electricity, etc. What exactly am I paying for? Also, how do I set up all of these things? Lastly, how much should I expect to pay? My husband and I will be occupying the apartment. Thanks!

I understand that search engines change their algorithm's to keep people honest and it normally shuffles the results around but i have seen some very drastic changes lately. Where can we go to stay on top of Yahoo! and their ever changing algorithm's? I now see more sites that are less relevant towards the top of Yahoo! especially ones that don't put any effort into their site, compared to the few of us that have put a lot of time, money, and energy in our sites to make our customers happy.
