Good Morning all.
We will be coming to GA in a few days and wanted to know where is a good place we can start looking for homes? This will be our first time to GA and we are looking for a nice area to live that has great schools. We are not sure where we wil be working, but we would like to get an idea of where to look.

Thanks for your help.

Tenant is trying to sneak in a pit bull & it is not in the contract. What right do I have to enter the property? This is in Austin, Texas and she is saying she want me to give her 24 hour notice.
O course, so she can get the dog out of there. Told her that I would evict her next time I caught the dog there.

I have terrible credit from a hefty loan I took out when I was 18-19 yrs old (now 24), also a few doctor bills and a telephone bill. Wanting to buy a house in the range of $125,000, was wondering if 30,000- 35,000 downpayment would get me a house in that price range? Could that happen or is that out of my league? What price range should i be looking at with that type of downpayment? Any HELP would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have recently noticed how high home prices are all over the country and how people don't think twice about paying $250,000+ for a plain Jane home. I know people probably have no choice, but I am wondering how they manage their mortgages, insurance, and property tax. What I would like to know is the three below questions.

1. How much did you pay for your home & when?

2. How much is your annual family income?

3. Do you find it hard paying what you pay for your home?

Moved into an apt on 4/1/06 with a 6 month lease. Now want to move out at end of lease and mgr said I signed lease for 7 months. This was never disclosed to me and I didn't catch the 7 month timeframe written on the lease. Is this legal to write up a lease for a different timeframe than verbally agreed upon?
