I live with my Grandparents and wanted to kinda get a head start on life cause it doesn't look any good with no money in my pocket. I was always interested in Real Estate and wanted to know if there were any loop holes I could slip into or I actully could get my license underage.

Nope. You can't enter into a legally binding contract until you are 18. You could take the class and be ready when your birthday rolls around.

No But actually you can prepare your study and exam when you are hit 18, by the that time, you are ready, instead of waiting why not prepare now?

start studying now. find out the best practices in your area. by the time you hit 18 you are prepared.
