Advertise with an estate agent or sell to current leassees if they're interested

Estate agents will help but you should be realistic, then you will sell with a good profit before the panic sets in and prices fall more quickly. So now is a very good time to start, invite 10 agents around and set a price in the middle and try to arrange a quick sale.

Auction is a possibility - the ground rent essentially what is being sold. If it is low you won't get much.

Selling the freehold to the leaseholder is a possibility so that they then have more control over their assets.

I agree with Scallywag..offer the freehold to the current lessee's first. If no takers, then you will have to sell the freehold...an estate agent should advise you....
