Try the government site for court order repossessed housing. I came across the site the other day. Sorry don't know which site but if you put in browser ' Court Ordered sales of HUD homes. That should get you there.

go to hud.gov and search there. Up until last year they placed all their listings with certain brokers by region and that broker would have them on their website where you could bid on them. That changed last spring and I'm not sure who now controls the listings once HUD makes them available. But, the HUD website must tell you b/c it is a federal program and can't legally restrict access due to FOIA (Freedom of Information Act)

With your HUD housing authority, they have the people who accept them.
