they never pay on time,and the house have been put for foreclosure like more than three times,and we didnt know about it i want to sell it before we loose the house,plus i discovered that they transfer the house to another mortgage company without my husbands concern and they sign the papers with out him..we want out what is the first thing we do? do we put the house for sale and how who do we go to put a house for sale..being that the house has been in and out of foreclosure so many times.i want to sell it to the highest bitter demand they pay for the rest in cash would that clear my husbands name? should i go to the state attorneys with the proof that my husband didnt sign for the second mortgage this is his sister and her husbands the one did this to us.what can we do?

Me and my boyfriend moved into an apartment 3 months ago. and now were breaking up. Can i have my name removed from the lease? Because he's talking about breaking the lease or staying and just paying the rent. i dont know its up and down. but i need to get a new apartment to live in on my own and i dont want it to look bad on my part. so would i be able to have my name removed??

My apartment manager came by last night so I could sign my lease. I've lived there for five years and my rent has always been on time. This is the third owner of the property since I moved in. He has decided I should pay $600 a month instead of $505... that's HALF my monthly salary! Yes, I am looking for a new place to live and a new job.

I see all of these info-commercials that say you can buy a home with nothing down and zero out of pocket....Is this really possible? Can this be done without being expected to pay outrageous monthly payments? What if I have mediocre credit? Do these info-commercials only focus on cash-flow business or can I buy for myself without being expected to sell the property immediately?

i'm selling my home and have thirty thousand vested in it, im in chapter 13 and want to pay it off with the profit i get from my home. i owe 400.00 in secure debt and 6,000 in unsecure debt. does that unsecure debt get taking out of what i makefrom selling my home?

My grandmother left her house to my brother and myself.We would like to redevelop it and maybe rent it out for a couple of years.We think that it's going to cost around £40,000 so need to release the money from the property.The property is worth around £118,000.
The problem is that that I'm not working at the moment and am not planning to as I will be doing most of the work on the house and will be my full time job.
My brother is working but doesn't earn a great deal.
We're planning to repay the loan using the income from the rent that we get for it each month.
Can we still get a loan or will I have to get a job?
If I'm working then it'll mean that the house will take so much longer to finish and we'll be losing out on several months worth of rent.

One mortgage broker has strongly recommended a loan with PMI, allowing me to take a single loan for 90% of the home purchase price. Another broker dismissed the PMI as an outdated concept, but good faith estimates from both brokers are very close in terms of monthly payments. Does anyone have any experience or advice on 1loan+PMI versus 2loan options?

- I co-signed title paper with dad (for loan purpose, but actually don't own any part of the property)
- want to transfer title back to him.
- should i file a quit claim? or there is a better way?
