Probably somewhere in the South...of course, you can't find jobs there either.
The NE is moving to the South...they can buy mansions there for the money they got selling their modest homes in the NE, & then have money left over to live...

Rural places in Kansas and Nebraska. Cheap because the kids grow up and don't come back. Alaska is expensive.

pittsburgh, PA is pretty cheap, given the quality of life.

i would think New Orleans has cheap property at present. Louisiana,Alabama, Mississippi, all had alot of homes damaged.
