I'd consult an attorney and possibly contact the police. Forgery is illegal.

Gather all the documentation and evidence, and go see a lawyer before it is too late. There are some places where if you do not use, or show maintenance on a property, and someone else does, you can loose your property to the party that has been maintaining it. You need to protect yourself by taking legal action now.

Take all your documents and visit the district attorney, It won't cost you anything and they will most likely take care of the problem for you, If not they will be able to advise you how to proceed.

wow you definitely need to get to an attorney to untangle this web of grief. normally you can quit claim deed the property away but you have many more problems than just title to the realestate.
