You can:
1-look in the newspaper under Public notices
2-contact the county records office, look for default of property taxes

they list actions by law in your local newspaper, they do this as a public notice near the classifieds, this gives people the oppurtunity to find out if they haven't already been notified, they do the same thing with other stuff like unpaid storage garage units
