They claim that there was mouse in the house so send the rodent company to fix the problem but they were not cooperative at all. They kept on complaining of the situation and contracted three other companies. Now they said they will not pay rent, what are the steps to take at this point?

I have bad credit, my mom financed a home for me. at the time, 3mos ago, her credit score was like 620 but she had bad debt that was paid off right before getting this loan leaving her with no outstanding debt, save for the new mortgage. She pays all her bills on time, I have made 2 mtg payments before the due date. I have an 80/20 loan that ha sreally high interest 8.25 and 12.5. I need to refi ASAP how soon can I do this and can I consolidate both loans into one when doing so? My mom is going to be 65 in feb making her eligible to have a senior discount on taxes (about 3200.00 less) should I just keep the loan in her name for the perks or should I try to get the financing under my name again? We are on the deed as co owners with sole survivorship~ doe sthis mean my 7 siblings will not be able to try to get the property from me when she passes away? I pay for everything, but the loan is in her name. Sorry so long. I appreciate any insight and advice!

I've been dealing with a irate landlord/landlady since last year.Every little thing we constantly do or if something isn't fixed, rent paid on time, stuff out on the patio or grass isn't mowed she threats us with eviction . This morning while I was trying to get some sleep and my husband was sleeping. We heard heavy banging on our door and yelling from outside"I know you are in there" We both woke up to see what was going on but our landlady left.We went over to see what was the problem and she was complaining about our grass and it is about 2 inches. My husband and I both work nights and we keep up with the property but this has become out of hand. She constantly keeps a eye on us if we are doing anything but my neighbors could go without mowing or cleaning up their yard for months on end but doesn't get told about it.I am tired of having this kind of abuse..I pay our rent on time, and we keep to ourselves..I know it is their property but what could I do in this situation

How many places should I go to to apply for mortgages? Won't applying at different places affect my credit? How do I know if it is a good deal?

Also, if I enlist the help of a Realtor to help me buy a house, won't they only try to sell me their own houses so they get a comission? What if I find a house for sale by a different realty company?

I recently entered into a contract to purchase a home. When we made an offer my realtor talked me into raising my bid because she said there was already one offer being presented at the same time as mine. The following day she called me stressing that if we wanted the house we needed to accept his counter offer which was very close to the asking price. She told both my wife and I that there had been two offers other then ours come in! In hast we accepted his counter. (She knew we wanted the home) Afterward we meet the owner and he told us that our offer was the only one he ever received or even heard of. We really want the house but at the same time we are very disappointed. We thought that our realtor was working for us but instead after getting to know us "worked" us out of several thousands. I do not know if he would come down but I know I was the only one being worked, and in this case lied to. I have asked this before but not knowing how this works I closed it before I was ready.

Could this by any stretch of the imagination be a good thing? At least for cable? I assume of course I gotta pay lights and water to keep it on. . . but cable . . might they just ;leave it active? Maybe for next person? Then modify it later?

Reason I don't go to box is cause it is inside of office area and I hate the office people and I don't even llike reminding myself Im in apt. and . . . it has that stale air like an atm modular. I am always trying to shove the utility rug under the dooer to hold it open a little so I can F'in breathe.

How do you secure funds to purchase properties at real estate auctions? I have found a home going up for auction next month that I would like to bid on. Do I have to get a loan before I go and bid? If so how does that work, seeing as how I don't know what the price might end up being? thanks for any info.
