I didn't see anything in the article about REALTORS or real estate agents.

What is happening is that over the last few years builders have felt they really didn't need us but now they are coming back in droves. When the market was booming and buyers were coming out of the woodwork we were pushed aside. But now that things are changing they need us again. Are willing to pay for our services and even give incentives to the buyers to move their inventory.

BTW, you don't have to use or respect the services of a REALTOR or real estate agent but if you are going to make disparaging remarks shouldn't you at least read the article you are citing?

i'm not a realtor but mac & cheese is tasty. maybe you can think of them eating beef ramen noodles instead. those are appropriately nasty.
