I'm trying to get a loan for cosmetic surgery but I my credit's not that good and I'm looking for a loan company who will guarantee a loan. I just don't want to keep having my credit ran and bring the score down lower by companies who say they might give me the loan depending on credit report.

I have a job. But it looks like I will need nearly $5000 to pay for my mistakes, and much sooner then I can come up with it. Does anyone know of a service that will help me with this? I have awful credit (now), and no family to help. I am willing to work hard to fix this; I cannot face possible imprisonment.

Main concern in case she is sued, since she won't make it to the court, after a possible default judgement, can she be held in contempt of court - and arrest warrant could be issued? Can she enter US later? About $15,000 debt on 5 cards. Thanx.

is it a detailed one where they would see all the names of the past accounts u had, if so wouldn't that be wrong for someone going through your personal stuff? or is it just a credit score where they would only see few numbers?

Came across this website sounds a little too good to be true but sometimes money can get you out of things and it give you the price list and you can tell them what you want deleted off your credit report. Wondering if anyone has has used this website and how it worked for them. I am willing to pay a couple thousand to wipe what I need off my credit report and to have a chance to start over with a good score if it works.

hubby and i currently living with my parents due to his job relocation, I have thirteen thousand total on two credit cards with very low APR's (some from hubby being laid off and not finding work for three months). Living with my familiy is driving him nuts (my parents are very high strung and he's from the south) but i'd like to stick around for a few months to pay it down. His opinion is: since it doesn't cost us hardly anything we might as well take our sweet old time paying it off. My opinion: I'm feeling like it can't be good for my credit score espec. because we are planning on buying a house sometime in the next few years. Also, when he graduates in three years we're going to have a LOT of student loan debt... $70,000? thanks for any and all advice!!!

I didn't know the extent of the damage she had caused until it was too late but now even those really high interest cards won't even accept my application. Prepaid cards are not what I am looking for. Any help would be most appreciated.

Hi everyone!
Long story short, I was selling something on the internet and received a check for way over the amount asked. The buyer asked that I "send the leftover money with his secretary". Thinking this was fishy, I checked with friends who referred me to Snopes (http://www.snopes.com/crime/fraud/cashier.asp ).

What is the best way to report this, if I can?

Its only a couple of thousand that I owe. Has anyone had to go to court for this amount of money owed to a credit card? What's going to happen at the hearing? What are they gojng say to me? What type of questions will I have to answer? I know its not a murder trial but I want to be somewhat prepared.
