I'm trying to get a loan for cosmetic surgery but I my credit's not that good and I'm looking for a loan company who will guarantee a loan. I just don't want to keep having my credit ran and bring the score down lower by companies who say they might give me the loan depending on credit report.

You could probably find someone to give you a loan but it will be with a horrible interest rate. I think I would wait a year and in that time focus you energy on doing things to improve your credit rating so that you can get a loan with a better rate.
You can improve your credit score by:
Making all payments on time
Pay down your balances on open credit lines to improve your debt to income ratio
Keep credit card balance below 50% of the credit limit
Avoid taking on new debt because it will only further lower your score

NO one on here or any place else can (OR WILL) guarantee you a loan without seeing your credit.
If your credit is not so good, it could be because you have not paid your debts on time.
Any chance you could work on that before you get your plastic surgery?
If not, maybe you could take out a line of secured credit
what about making a deal with the office performing the surgery?
what about loving yourself for who you are and saving your money for an emergency

Try googling money supermarket.com. They have a list of providers for peeps with poor or needs improvement credit scores. Hope this helps. Also try googling poor credit or bad credit loans. Good luck.

Of course yes, there are thousands of companies who deals simply with people like you i mean people with bad credit. Such companies/lenders are called Hard Money Lenders.

Simply look for any hard money lender in your area, they provide loans to people with credit only less than 520 but unfortunately the interest rates are quiet higher than the normal loans.

Good Luck!
