I need more ideas. I already stuck trash in the business reply envelopes and stuck priority mail labels on them.

i was just sitting on the couch yesterday when my shoulder started to hurt and it still hurts today. Not as bad as this morning. i know there is scar tissue around it like a bit further down on my arm above my elbow a bit. That should not affect my shoulder though! This morning my spoon was heavy to feed my self but that has gotten better.

i recieved a loan approval through matta may loans I am a bit skeptical because they want the 1st 4 months payments up front. Wondering if anybody can or has researched this for me.

I had a loan 170 days past due, and I just contacted them to pay it off in FULL. They responded via email saying that they have already charged off the account and that they are willing to offer me a settlement amount. Can they charge-off my account without prior notifications of this? I never received 1 letter in the mail saying the account would be charged-off. Nor was I contacted by any collection agency to pay the debt.

I have never hard or applied for a CapitalOne credit card - as a mater of fact, I don't even use a credit card but yet since Dec 12/12/2004, CapitalOne has requested/accessed my credit report more than 70+ times.

How can I stop them?
I have called their customer support but keep being transfered!

Can a merchant charge your credit card but delay processing your order?
I placed an order a number of days ago through EBGames with overnight shipping, I have yet to receive my package. The sights saids usually ships in 24 hours. But my card was charged days ago and the order still has not been processed. So I called them up and they are trying to tell me it takes up to 72 hours to process my order because the shipping and billing addresses differ. I have never heard of this. They said they got to call and verify, yet I was on the phone with them and they had already billed me for the items that are in stock.
I was under the impression you cannot bill a customer like this with a credit card until your actually processing the order.

Ok so i tried to get a credit card from Best Buy but i was denied due to the fact my credit was too "good" is there any way i can establish enough credit to get a credit card. I currently have only 1 bill in my name that i have been paying for over a year now.

I am broke (due to making bad judgements) I am in debt due to using credit cards to pay medical bills and to survive.I am a single mom, so my only income is soc.sec.I tried to refinance my home (117000 due 170000 value) but I do not qualify due to poor credit. I can't afford to file bankruptcy and I am disabled.
