Infact she messed up my credit score when I was trying to help her. I know her social security number but I don't know her drivers license number, how can I get her back and make her pay for this?
....To those of you who will be offended by my question, just report me and keep it moving, I don't want to know what you think about what I'm trying to do, it won't change my credit score. Just give me some advice on playing the game.

I cannot afford to make my car payment. It is always late. My credit is already pretty shot, I just want to know what the better option is. Keep making late payments, until I get caught up or let them take my car?
Thanks for any information.

I got a letter from a collection agency dated 10/17/06 telling me about charges I owed from a phone I had in 2003. The charges are bogus because the account was paid. I'm disputing the charges, but I don't want the negative report on my credit report because I'm trying to buy a house right now. They haven't showed up as of yet even though the agency now appears as one of my creditors. Any ideas on how long it will take for the actual account to show up? Thanks!

Can I get a car this way?
My husband and I would like to purshase a car from a non-dealership. We both have bad credit but was wondering if we could use money that we have saved (good amount to purchase a house later on)....and go to my bank and use it for collateral..like a secured loan?

I have a credit card and my limit is 2,000 dollars. Ok, I went to Wisconsin in April of this year and that's when I spent all of the limit on the card. Now it's November and my card is still at the same amount it was and my husband has paid it off every month. But lately they have messed up on sending the statement and I have called them and told them they have to take off the late fee because we were late for last months payment. Now my issue is how the hell will I ever get it paid off if they keep charging me these late fees? I know I need to pay it off on time. The only problem is that my husband pays it off because I don't work right now. I am moving to Wisconsin soon and I plan on getting a job there it's just I'm really concerned that my jerk of a husband don't mess anything up while I'm gone. If anyone can help me with some ideas please do. Otherwise instant message me on yahoo! with the screen name worriedprincess. Thanks!

I owed a balance on a credit card for about $400 unpaid a few years back. They sent me to collections. I spoke to their collections people many times, but they insisted on playing hardball and wanted to collect $900+. Now I just received a letter notifying me that they are suing me for $1500 including interests, collection costs, and legal fees. Can they win? What do I need to do to get this resolved?

It just doesn't seem like that much money to me. Someone asked on here, if someone offered you one million dollars would you stop watching television forever and I said no, even though I barely ever watch it, because I wouldn't be able to watch movies, home movies, Satires, documentaries or the animal channel.

I mean people seem to blow a million dollars pretty fast right?

I also heard that it cost a million dollars to raise a kid from birth to when they've finished university.
