how to obtain a loan if one lives overseas and is retired with a us bank account?

Retired military living overseas, with retirement
check deposited directly into a banking institution
in the United States, how can I obtain a loan of
say 2000dlrs and only have to apply on line and
automatic monthly payment taken out of my
accnt in the banking institution in the U.S. to
pay monthly bills on the loan.

I'd suggest applying with the bank you use for your accounts. You might just be able to get it as a line of credit linked to your account. Very easy, but you will probably have to call or see if you can chat online with a banker first.
