I have a few too many inquiries on my credit account. I'm about to purchase a vehicle but I may have to go through several different lenders. I have 700 fico. Someone told me if you have a inquiry and approval that it doesn't do anything bad to your credit, but if you have a hard inquiry and a denial than it does have negative effect. Please help. thanks

I am living in Europe now. I have a debt of 35,000 dollars/credit cards in America.

I was just wondering what could happen to me if I just stop making the payments. What they can do against me in Europe?

I am planning also get maried and later on get new citizenship...

Also they are charging 23% APR on this balance. Sometimes I just think about stoping the payments...

I have been using this free credit repair kit on this website: www.expert-credit-advice.com and have had many inaccurate items removed by using the pretyped dispute letters, however; a few of the truly inaccurate items have been deemed "accurate" by the bureaus. I used the demand and follow up letter and the bureaus insist that I am using a credit repair company and refuse to investigate further because they say I am a frivelous consumer disputer!!!! I am simply wanting my credit to be accurate and they will not do anything further than offer me a "consumer statement of a 100 words or less". I heard placing a consumer statement is really bad, so I dont want to place one.

Can someone please tell me how to approach the bureaus; sue them, send more letters????

She has hidden money and transactions from me in the past as she pays the bills online. She is getting drunk every day and that money must be coming from somewhere. The last time she did this she ran up a $20,000 debt at 24% rate. I had to refinance the house to pay the bill. Isn't there someway I can find out if she has credit cards and/or bank accounts that I do not know of??? Please help>

I'm 66yrs old and on Social Security and small pension. I have about $2100 income and about $2000 going out each month since the first of the year. I have contacted a credit counseling agency and will be out of debt in 3 yrs (approx. $19,000 + $3000 for fees) Is this the way to go since I can't work with stenosis of the spine and 2 bulging disc's, and osteoarthritis in every part of my body.

My boyfriend has horrible credit with a lot of past things he needs to pay off. Is there a type of credit counsler, or financial advisor that can help him get started? We want to start looking for a house, and I know he will not be able to get a loan. Thanks!

My mom is voluntarily giving me $8000 to pay off the rest of my car loan. Do you think its better for my credit if I pay off the $7800 balance so I no longer will have a car payment.....or use the $8000 to help pay off half of my $16,000 college loans?
