I think the Credit Rating system is flawed and unfair. It penalises you for example for not having your address on the electrol role even though your name is on it. (if you have legitimate reasons for not showing your address) It penalises you for being a good payer!!!. Even though you have paid a bill it stays on file for up to 5 years. I feel aggrieved because I have been penalised when it wasnt even my fault, but my ex partners negligence. I would just like to put my views forward to a monitoring body who may review this outdated system.

Quick question for all of you. I know plenty of good people that get slamed with a 29.99% rate for even being 1 month late. It happend to me with chase but i pd it off in 3 months. Should the government step in on this.

I got the cell phone bill a couple months ago, it was close to $1,200. I have been paying $250.00 a month on it for a couple months and just got something in the mail from a collections agency. To my understanding, as long as it is being paid I can't be turned into collections. Any thoughts?
