i have discovered the best way people can get out of debts and also stop to companies blacklisting their clients., this idea, benefit both the lender and the borrower, i believe is the best way forward, because lets face it society can never do away with debts, unless you are among the preveledge few .since we can not escape from debts it better to accept that fact and find a suitable way to deal with it without having to stress about it or be blacklisted for it.
so if there,s anyone out there who will like to share in my idea, please email me.

I bought a brand new car a year ago. My car payment is almost $500. I will like to trade in for another car that worth this payment but my payoff is $20,000 and the trade in value is $13,000. So I'm upside down for $7000. This amount I will need to include it in my other loan, but again, I don't wanto to buy a car that I don't like. I want to buy the car that I like. Do you know someone can help me out with this? I live in Florida. What I need to do to have this problem fixed?

I left University around a year ago and have about £2500 on two credit cards. Since I've moved back I have severely struggled to find work (mainly because I live in as small village and have no car), and hence have been struggling to make payments. I have kept my creditors informed as much as I could about my situation but they're now sending extremely threatening letters, suggesting I could go to prison if I don't repay the entirety of what I owe very soon. I have tried to get a definite answer off the web but couldn't, but surely I can't go to prison for simply not paying off a credit card debt?! I was always under the impression that the worst case scenario was being unable to obtain credit for a few years?

for and then they go deep into debt-tens of thousands of dollars.
And they can't pay it off, so it is like they got free money and goods. I don't get it-if they don't pay and they don't get arrested then what is the motivation to pay back what they owe. Could someone please explain how the system protects itself? A person could charge tons of money and then what? What if they die, or don't have any money in the bank? I mean, what else happens besides them getting hounded by collection agencies? I do not have a credit card because I don't believe in spending what I don't have, but I see so many people living so high on the hog and they don't have the money to do so and I don't see any punitive action that motivates them to pay...so, what's up with that?
