Ask your bank how to do it. Or if you get a turn-down letter, it should tell you how you can get your credit report. In the US a person is entitled to a free credit report once a year.

If you are in Singapore, you can approach the Credit Bureau for a report, you will need to pay $5 for that report, then if there is anything you disagree on the report, you can approach the relevant bank who submitted the comments and sort things out with them, if they are wrong, they will have to resubmit the correct info to the credit bureau. You can find out more from their website at http://www.creditbureau.com.sg/.

I believe there is a credit bureau in Singapore which allows you to view your credit standing. You should be able to get a report by applying through SingPost.
