Last Wednesday I had a job interview and I sent out a certified mail letter that same day to make sure that it got there. I tracked the status of the letter and they attempted to deliver it to the P.O. Box on Friday with no success. They did leave a note saying that they should come collect it or they will try again. I have already received a phone call from the company saying that they will be making me an offer.

Should I send the thank you letter by email just to make sure it gets there or scrap it up as a missed opportunity and hope that the post office finds a way to get the letter there.

I am in the process of re-doing/cleaning up my resume. It's almost 3 pages long and I know that I have to cut a lot of un-necessary stuff.
My questions are:
What jobs should I not mention?
Do I include the cashier/food service jobs I held as a teenager?
How old is too old of a job to include?
Also, at many points in time, I have held 2 or more jobs. Most were seasonal/temp, and lasted less than 6 months. Should those be included? Or should I only include the primary job.

I have friends that tell me I should have multiple versions of my resume.
1. A lite version that covers only the jobs I have long work history with.
2. A detailed version that covers even the most basic and seasonal of jobs.
3. Several versions that target certain jobs.

Thanks for any suggestions.

If I remember I once worked 54 hours. Some prefer working this much or scoff if its a big deal. Have these people accomplished most of their life goals and just need some money? Thoughts.

I don't want the scam referral sites that request you complete offers and submit your credit card (regardless if they say free 7 day trial...why the credit card then?)

Senerio:
It’s the week before finals, and your car’s transmission has to be replaced. You won’t have the money to fix it until your next paycheck two weeks from now. How are you going to love this problem? In what ways can this problem become a challenge that you can learn and grow from?

I was working in my chocolate store and instead of saying 'Would you like to try some Peanut Brittle' I said 'Would you like to try some penis brittle?'

I'm not sure if the guy heard me, but I couldn't stop laughing afterwards. My boss wasn't impressed but luckily she had a sense of humour.

Just wondering if anyone has really stuffed something up or actually purposely said something rude to a customer? Was it fun and did you get a good or bad reaction?

There is no system of social security for senior citizens in India especially non pensioners who have retired from private sector or relinquished from business or self employment. The Government should consider a social security scheme for all the Senior citizens of the Country whether he is an IAS officer or a Farmer so that every body can live a dignified life atleast before death. The Government pensioners should be paid full pension upto 10 years from retirement and thereafter there should be a uniform pension to all senior citizens after the age of 70. The Government can introduce a social security tax of 2% to achieve this.

To begin a person I know at another work place has stage 4 cancer. He's a single dad with a 14 year old daughter. He is a very nice person and I am more then happy to help out. He is in the hospital and is having a lot of comp lactations . I have four kids and an ok Job at least it pays the bills. We just got a new lead at our company. I know him well. We used to work together until he became the lead. He is trying to be a good leader but still needs some training . One day he came up to me in front of other coworkers and our Head Boss and told me other people are giving $50 and wanted to know when he could get mine. I was a little upset that he asked me in front of the big boss and told me how much I should donate. I am not the only one that was upset over this. But he is using his lead position to make it uncomfortable for us if we do not give the amount he ask. Like I said before this is for someone that does not work for us. shouldn't a donation be what we feel comfortable giving
