In a right-to-work state, they can fire you for any reason and aren't required to give you a reason.

If your hair style goes against company policy and you refuse to abide by that policy, yes.

Your hair style is not a protected class.

In a nutshell yes -

First - they may have a specific policy about dress/hair/etc

Second - they have the right to maintain their image in the marketplace. If you are in conflict with that image because of your hair, then they can terminate you.

Third - even if it is your hair, they can find something else to fire you over.

Anyone can be terminated at any time.

If it goes against company policy and you were aware of the policy and chose not to follow it ,then yes you can be terminated.

I don't think so, BUT, if you have long hair and work a dangerous job that your hair may get into machinery, your employer may request that you shorten your hair, for safety reasons. But in general I think that might be illegal
