My baby is due on June 24th & I am very very excited about it but I am also very worried about how we will cope money wise when I go on maternity leave & after that ends as we will not be able to afford childcare & I would like to spend the first few years before my child goes to school at home with them. Part-time work would be fine but then we have a problem with childcare. We are both on low incomes & simply could not afford childcare & have no family living near who could help out. Does anyone know of any work I could do while being with my child also? Any ways to make an extra income? Anything at all? I am so worried about what our financial situation will be like & I really want to be able to contribute financially. Can anyone please help?

Hi, I'm 25 years old and I think I'm having a not quite mid life crisis. I've been in my job for 3 months and am completely down the middle about whether it is the thing for me or not. My boss is my landlord and so I can't switch off from work. I'm on minimum wage so can't afford to move out of my house share into another place. I have the option of going back to mum's but will lose independance and i fear my life will become terribly dull. My girlfriend doesn't know if she wants me any more because I'm so down all the time. I have a lot of time to think at work which doesn't help as my brain is going round in circles. I also suffer from o.c.d. The only good things about the job are that its close to home and mon -fri 9-5.30. and the career ladder is quite good. The trouble is I don't know whether to stick to it and/or move house. Arrgghh! My only real escape at the moment is watching films to take me away from it all. I have a doctors appointment for depression today. Please Help!!

I got interviewed on 15th March, but still waiting for answer from the company. The company doesn't says anything, not even replies to emails or calls. I am confused. However the immediate supervisor called me once a week after interview and said they still need to sit down and discuss. Sometimes I think I am rejected and sometims that I am on HOLD. What is your opinion?
