There is nothing wrong with taking notes in an interview.
Asking the interviwers if you can take notes would be nicely welcomed too. Some people could take offence to this, but I think that if you explain why notes would be helpful then there should be no problem.
You will probably need to take in some type of reference material with you as there maybe questions you have for the employer. Doing some research into the company will help as it shows that you are motivated enough to try and understand where you will fit into the company.
Personally, I can't remember everything and note taking is essential for my daily routine.
When taking notes don't make it too obvious if you are writing alot down on paper.
I am sure you will do very well in your pursuit of a successful career.
Regards,
Sam

You can, but I don't advise it. Interviews should be conversations. You won't be focused on having a good conversation if you are distracted by taking notes. After all, how many times do you take notes when you speak to friends and you doa good job of remembering things afterwards.
Better to write down a few notes afterwards, than in the meeting.

your best bet would be to take mental notes and if there is something you really need to remember then write them down when you get to your car. Give 100% of your attention to your interviewer.
