And I don't want to work at target or some stupid place. I have an AA, so where can I work at where I can get at least a little respect and at least a base pay of $10?

For five months now I'm in the vicious circle of job searching: I need experience but I can't get any because I don't have any.
I trained as a teacher but am looking at admin now because I'd like a full time contract without a time-limit (which teaching in this country doesn't give, it's renewed by the year)
I'm not applying for anything other than entry-level because these are skills I have, I speak four languages and speak them well and I know my IT.
I've just been shot down for a level A2 (highschool) job answering phones, even though I'm level A1 (uni) which is completely depressing.
Working for free in training or internships is not an option, I'm my only income. I went to uni and apparently all I'm good for is folding sweaters and blouses. Anyone else have this problem?

Im 15 years old and want to get a part time job after my GCSE's. I'll have 10 weeks free and was wondering if I could work in my local Sainsburys. If so, how much would I get paid and what kind of work would I be doing?

I am considering doing Veterinary Nursing as I love animals but is that enough when I really want to make a difference to people? I wish I had the nerves to do Human Nursing but am scared how I would cope as I have had depression, but I do enjoy first aid which I know is different. I thought about doing Psychology/Counselling or Education but am so unsure! I really want to go back to uni and retrain now having worked in IT and I want to get it right now! Serious advice only please!

What are minimum wage, unskilled employers such as fast food, retail, and other minimum wage, no education required jobs looking for in a candidate. There were few times in my life that I was looking for a job. Once when I was 17 and 18, but I only applied at a few places, and I may have started late for the summer jobs so I didn't get them, no big deal. But when I was 20, and after a year and half of college I took year off because I wanted to do something else and I tried to get minimum wage work in my small town, I had no experience and it took about a year to find 2 "good" jobs. And I know we were in a depression but I found it silly that someone with my educational background at least couldn't get a lousy job for pocket change. And again, I'm back at school and I haven't worked since August, and I have some work experience now, so why am I only getting interviews with minimum wage places and no job? I mean I have more education than some or alot of the people who work there?

I was hired by a large chain of stores to be manager of one of their stores. and would be trained by their top trainer, on my second day, I was told I would never make it. On the third day she told me I was too naive, not street smart and wouldn't know what to do in case of robbery and that to work in that invironment one had to be a, I can't use that word here, but which I am not on the fourth day she did no training with me. She then shipped me to another store in the same chain, to see if the manager there agreed with her. I was there for 3 hours and told to go home as the store was not busy. So now what do I do. Do I call head office and tell them that I am not impressed with the treatment or the lack of training, (she said some other things but I don't want to get into that here). Any suggestions, and what are my rights.
