or is it all talk and no action. Seems to be alot of staffing agencies on there.

it doesnt hurt to check it out..but there are alot of temp agencies advertiising..and why do u htink that is...they dont want to pay benefits!! RED FLAG

I work in HR and we post many of our jobs on Hot Jobs and make quite a few hires from it. I advise to stay away from the staffing agencies and only apply to the jobs where you have a skills match and sincere interest.
