For five months now I'm in the vicious circle of job searching: I need experience but I can't get any because I don't have any.
I trained as a teacher but am looking at admin now because I'd like a full time contract without a time-limit (which teaching in this country doesn't give, it's renewed by the year)
I'm not applying for anything other than entry-level because these are skills I have, I speak four languages and speak them well and I know my IT.
I've just been shot down for a level A2 (highschool) job answering phones, even though I'm level A1 (uni) which is completely depressing.
Working for free in training or internships is not an option, I'm my only income. I went to uni and apparently all I'm good for is folding sweaters and blouses. Anyone else have this problem?

try a job agency specialising in teaching/education. They'll get you something and will take a percentage of your wage but it's a foot in the door and gives you what you need - experience. It worked for me.

Neither one is rather a circle that's a spiral. The virtuous circle strikes you upward; the vicious circle strikes you downward. think of of a around staircase in a tower. Which way are you going? An occasion of a virtuous circle may be the reaction of valuable comments you get once you help a chum. The chum is grateful, and makes you sense particular, and as a result extra able to be of help. A vicious circle is one that feeds on unfavourable potential. The classic is the feud between siblings: you customarily might desire to be getting vengeance for the final insult or harm, and each perceives the different as incorrect. The conflict maintains to get extra vicious, as unavoidably simply by fact the valuable one above, till a determine or different authority intervenes.

Why is a renewable contract such a problem? You should be confident in your abilities! With a normal job you can be laid off any time--even if it's nothing to you.

If you had more courage would you take a teaching job instead?

if you speak 4 languages well, then you should try for translation jobs - not just with people - but paperwork as well.

You can be paid very good money for translation work. Especially for export/import companies and businesses that deal with other countries regularly.
