Also how does it pay?

My neice was born here, she's 22 and she's a beautican, she is working but being that she's a hair dresser and renting her chair, she's not on anyone's payroll, so she does not pay taxes. But I was telling her that she need to start paying her taxes, before the government track her down in the long run and throw her in jail. But I dont really know how the system work in this country. If she's not on anyone's payroll, would she still be in problems for not paying taxes? I was saying that since she's basically self employed and their is no record of that, she'll be written off as she never worked, so she dont have to pay taxes. Is this the case?

P.s. She never did anything stupid, like go file for a tax return to receive extra money, she's just a young adult making a living. I was also telling her that she should start, because maybe when she decided to make investments in the future or she get a 9-5, they will take out years of taxes, Am I correct?

Hi. I have taught writing and literature for about ten years. I have been a hit with students, but for over 2 years, I have been longing to do something else. I need suggestions badly. I don't want to think that all i can do is waitress OR teach. I have been in the classroom my whole life and I'm growing cynical of it. HELP!

I've applied to several clothing stores...and I heard that black/blue are the most common and professional looking colours to wear. However, I went out and bought these beige pinstripe dress pants, a black collared blouse, and a white top to wear underneath. Since it's not really that professional of a job, do you think it's ok?

I work in a busy atmosphere. Lately, there have been several occasions where things have come up missing (money, clothing, glasses, etc), but I close the store everynight and know exactly what is there when I leave, but when the girl opens in the am, either something is missing or something has been vandalized. we need to find an inexpensive way to catch this person, so it doesn't seem as if everything keeps happening on my shift. Any ideas?

i work for a hospital in the cafeteria section full-time. i would like to go down to half-time. however we are short staffed, we have hired a few people. i asked my schedule maker (lead person) if i could go down to half-time anytime soon because i want to take cna classes. she said i cant until may because kids who work with us are going back to school until may and need days off during the week. i asked human resources how to go down to half time status and they said to talk to my boss. so i dont know if i have any options. ive just discussed this with my lead, not my supervisor or anyone else. will everyone tell me the same or is there a chance this can be fixed?

1) I classify myself as a creative person. I like to step back, look at what the results of my creativity, and feel good about the fruits of my labours.

2) I am the math/science type of person.

3) I have excellent grades, and I will be going to university.

4) I am very mentally driven and innovative. I like to think of new ideas.

5) I like to impress. This would be my greatest motivation.

Thx in advance!
