It is a five interview proccess and I have had 2 of the 5 so far. I have the remaining interviews scheduled for tomorrow at 9:00. I am having difficulty coming up with a exceptable answer to the question of what my greatest weakness is ( besides the interview its self). I want to sound sincere but also I dont want to sound to rehearsed. This questions has always been the most difficult part of the interview with me. If someone could help me with this I would be most grateful. Thank you to all who reply.

How would you characterize your weaknesses?

For strengths, I put honesty, integrity and responsibility and that I hoped to pass those traits on to all children entrusted to my care (it's not B.S., it's actually true).

As for weaknesses, how do I present a weakness without making it sound really bad?

I'd say my weaknesses are: sometimes I can't hide my mood. I thought about putting that I was almost obsessive about keeping children safe, but it doesn't sound like a weakness - but it does sometimes interfere (like I won't let my girls stay at their grandparents because they refuse to child-proof their pool - and they're very upset about that because they think they will keep a close enough eye on them that they won't get in trouble - I won't loosen my grip on this, though - no way am I having some horrible tragedy happen because one of the girls wakes up in the middle of the night, follows the dog thru the dog door and drowns).

Any help on this weakenss thing?

There is a business opportunity that keeps wrongfully advertising here. Do you think that there is any chance under the sun that someone who has to resort to such means has a legitimate business that you can gain anything from? Anyone else like to run like the wind from this moron? It's scary....

I am involved with a rapidly growing company and I have two other business partners of equal shares. One of my business partners tends to be lazy, he comes in late and leaves early, just last Friday he walked in at about 1:30pm with a hang over and missed two meetings with clients and left at 4:00pm.

However he insists that he is doing "the best" he can. He also believes that his personal life does not affect his business.
With out changing the equality, how do I get him to straighten up?
Or, if I change the equality, how should I go about doing that?

I want to work from home. I have been looking at some leads I was given, but all of them require me to pay the company in order for me to work. I don't want to do that...it seems like a scam to me.

I am interested in Medical Billing, Data Entry, Medical Transcription...

I have a certificate in Medical Billing and Reception from a community college if that is helpful.

Any GOOD leads or suggestions are very much appreciated. Thank you!

I only had 9 hours of overtime for the month when I requested more and a total of 15 hours for the month. Since then, a person has been hired to help me and another is expected within the month. She made the remarks in front of a coworker and I was really taken by surprise. The majority of people who work overtime have more than I do! (We're in the midst of recruiting more people.) I put it on the back burner so I would not say or do anything rash, but I am really unhappy about it and evidently there are alot of people who think it is hilarious.
