like some people say " I ALWAYS have to finish my work and I get antsy if I don't" or " I'm a perfectionist" what are some that aren't as popular?

An experienced interviewer is going to be able to size you up with reasonable accuracy, after taking all things you submit under consideration. Best not to put yourself at more risk (of not getting the job) than necessary and focus more on honest, self-reflective responses, rather than contrived. They can identify 'contrived'.

The perfectionist line is overused and not a good answer because the employer's mind is thinking, "oh, great, how much will that cost me in overtime?" ... The finishing work on time may also sound good but what does antsy mean to him? "oh, for the love of God, another psycho." You are far better off giving a weakness that he/she can relate to and to further discuss the weakness besides an "I am too..." whatever. I always said that my weakness is public speaking (not good for a school teacher) and that I am working on it through Toastmasters, an organization that works with public speaking. Always have a "but I am working on it" comeback because working on your weakness is better than a sentence in which you are cut off in the middle of, already doomed to be on the "do not call" list.

Tell them:
"I am always sick, I am frequently late. I procrastinate and often don't finish my work. I sometimes steal company funds... oh and I like to get blow jobs from my secretary under my desk during very important meetings!"

i say that my flaw is that I can sometimes make decisions based on how someone feels and not by what I am supposed to do... they like that sometimes, if i would work with customers, but i dont lol

You could say, "I eat too much chocolate." make a little joke and then say, "My former boss said I work too hard."
