It's not recommended to use first person in a resume. Under experience, you want to have bullets of tasks that were done. In your case, try writing something like "Interacting with customers on a daily basis," "Responsible for maintenance of equipment", etc.

It's already implied that you did these things. There's no need to write "I" in addition.

When I do a resume, I do not use "I". The resume is for yourself, so it would be common sense for the reader. I would just word it different, like:

Good people skills - I would word it as Excellent Customer Service.

Kept the machine running at all times - Maintained machine performance for productivity.

Something along them lines, but I would search the web for ideas on completing a resume. Hope this helps.

well first of all, rule number one in writing a resume is never say you have good people skills, they already expect that of you. and just say kept machine running at all times, they know its you.

no, dont put "I"..as everyone else said, put down ur experience and position but in much better words :)
