Tomorrow i have a second jod interview for a job that without sounding arrogant, I would be very surprised if they did not offer me the position. Howver later in the week I have another second interview and psychometric testing for a job I REALLY want. So just say they offer me the job tomorrow how do I stall them without annoying them...as there is a good chance i won't get the job I want and so would be glad to accept the first job... I don't want them to think that they are my second choice.

I LOVE my job. I keep getting good offers from other hospitals, nursing homes, hospices. I want to be loyal to my current employer. How do I tell these other people I'm not going anywhere politely. I am a nurse and very marketable; but I'm not looking to change.

I am signed up with all the local agencies, check craigslist.com every day, set up on Monster, Hot Jobs, Indeed.com and several others. I have lowered my starting wage, and am getting desperate as my unemployment ran out last week. I have been searching for 6 mo now and no luck, seems that all any company wants is a 20-something with big u know what's. It seems like experience, dependability, and someone eager to work doesn't count for much now days.
I don't mean to sound sour or bitter, but it's getting rather depressing to go in for an interview and when u get contacted back or u call back, the jobs always been filled.
Any one with any kind of suggestions, ideas or solutions, PLEASE respond, I'm getting desperate.

I have just finished school and need to go get a job... I'm not good at math in my head AT ALL, and I know the kind of job I'm gonna get is gonna have to be working with a cash register, most likely... I have like a phobia of working with a cash register because I'm so worried it'll mess up or something and I'll have to do it all in my head, which I wouldn't be able to do, at all. How easy is working with one? and how likely is it that I'll end up having to do the math in my head?

Can you apply at a clinic and take vitals with a CNA or is that certificate strictly for Nursing Homes and Hospitals, I'm questioning because the degree program I was interested in required that you have a CNA. Although now that I have it I thought I should put it to use this fall and was inquiring about what other positions I will be able to apply for other than a patient/ resident care assistant

I'm a recent honors graduate from an accredited business school. I had a good gpa, graduated top of my class in Finance, and have a decent gmat score. My wife and I are moving to Austin, Texas so she can pursue a PhD at UT in psych. My problem is finding a good job away from NYC. I would love to pursue a career on Wall Street, but the PhD is blocking me for a few years. My internship opportunities as an undergrad were incredibly weak and geared toward sales. My passion is in trading (as was my primary focus as an undergrad), but I have yet to find a job that will lead me to a path as a trader. I get tons of phone calls about sales jobs. They can hire anybody for sales. I have friends with sales jobs for banks that have degrees in chemistry and health science. I do not want a sales job. I need something that is challenging, fast paced, intellectually stimulating, and exciting. How do I find a trading job away from NYC and in the area I desire?
