good question. Probably michigan works. They handle most of the light industrial (good) jobs. assuming you are in michigan.

but gm may not be looking for people. they offered this early retirement beucase it was better then firing and laying off a bunch of people.

Michigan Works! is the place to apply now for Delphi positions. This is a change from the way it has been done, where current employees were given one application to bestow upon whomever they chose.
