another job that's paying better! : ) be sure that you have the other job before leaving your job though :| also having to move to another state :P or school.

If u r not satisfied with ur current job and not getting desired salary than you have to leave job but remember that before leaving a job u should find out another one....

1. Better salary & better position in the new place
2. Stupid boss who's not capable in what she's doing
3. Meet a handsome, kindhearted & rich guy that will marry me & provide all the things I need
4. If I have kids (cos I want to be close to them & be a good mother)

If I felt useless or unappreciated, or had no chance to improve myself and learn. What is the sense of staying at a job just for the money. Why spend one third of your day miserable.

Incompetent bosses who just spend most of thier f***ing time dwelling into your mistakes instead of using it to find a better solution, or just finding a convenient source to blame whenever a mistake happen, and bosses who are insecure when comes to employee who are much smarter and diligent them them....and i can go on for days, get what i mean!?
