I had an employment interview last Wednesday, I thought everything went really well. Today is Monday and I havn't heard anything. Should I contact by phone the person or person(s) that interviewed me to see what their decision was, should I email them, or should I just wait?

when finishing the interview the most important question is:

When should I hear back with my start date?

you have set an assumptive close that they will hire you and a time line. if you don't hear back by the time stated. Call and say I have not heard back yet and wanted to follow up to see what I could do to expedite the process.

There is no reason why you shouldn't contact them. You should start out, " I interviewed for the postion ----, and I was wondering if you had hired someone for it, or if I were still being considered"

Call them. Let them know that you hadn't heard anything and wanted to make sure that you didn't miss their call. It also shows you are interested in the job. Also, did you send a thank you letter?
