this position can be defined in a number of ways from different firms, some from actual good work experiences where you contribute and add value to the direct opposite where basically your a admin asst or secretary and all you are is a go-for girl. for most places the person will be more of an admin asst in an ad agency, media organization or such but could be a good foot in the door if you don't already had a degree or any practical experience.

Take up for yourself in a quiet way. Isolate them when they annoy you. My brother always tell people, "Do you have a speach impediment?"
