Hi, I've got an offer from this company that is called Sell It Global International, for a Processing Manager position. It is an online job where i have to collect data and submit reports about certain things. They say that the salary is going to be $1000 per month for work from Mon-Fri. Does that sound like a scam to you?

Also, They are asking for an ID (passport) is it important not to show ur passport to whom u don't trust? I mean, could viewing ur passport harm you by any chance?

Next semester I will have to pay $1000 more for my dormitory in school, and my parents cannot afford this presently. I may have to take out a new loan, but if I can avoid it, I will. Do you have any ideas on how I can make $1000 over my break?

I am wondering if anyone knows of a free financial budgeting software you can download. I need a program to track where my money is going each month. I like the envelope system, like Mvelopes.com has, but they charge like $140 for it. I am trying to save money and get my debt taken care of, so i cannot spend money to buy that program.

Does anyone know of some good programs?

My employer is saying that I can not get a check even tho I have for the past 9 months. They say I either need to get direct deposit or they will pay me on a "pay card" That costs me money anytime I use it. This seems unlawful to me to tell me how I have to get paid. I just want a check like I have been getting. I am located in Indiana if that makes a difference. Please, any information would be helpful. Thank you!

I had a hard time getting a mortgage because my better half's credit was not so good so they had to base everything on me. The only type of loan we good get was a loan they called a balloon mortgage. It is fixed for 5 years at 7.25 and we were told we would be able to refinance after a couple of years. What happens if we don't refinance. Will my monthly payment go alot higher.

We can no longer afford our rental house. We have been trying to this on our own for three months, as our old roomate just up and moved out. His name is still on the lease and our landlord told us we can sue him for his chunk of the rent but it cost a lot to file a claim in small claim court. And then who knows how long it would take to get the money from him. We pay almost 1000.00 a month and all of the ulities. What would happen if we just up and moved out. Our lease is up June 31. I think the landlord can sue us for the rent until she re-rents the house. It is a bummer we cannot afford this place b/c we love it. When we told her the old roomie moved out she told us that if we moved out she would have to sue us. Now when she does that how does she find where we moved too? How do we pay her back the money? Will the old roomie have to pay still? Will it screw up our credit? Is it better to possibly file bankrupty since we have ify credit at this point. Ahhhhh! Thank you

They are building tons of houses. OK, the homes we live in are built in the 70’s in the middle of nowhere with an awesome cornfield. Everyone knows each other and everyone is outside in the summer. Well, our neighbor across the street has a sister who is having trouble with money. She went to live with her. She has a lot of land but a medium house. The houses by us are medium sized but have larger yards. The rest of the town has big and modern houses and these were the first houses built in town. Now our neighbor sold it to a worker and they are building 4 houses. I got home from school today and there are 4 HUGE holes in the ground. Now, instead of seeing a beautiful sunrise over the trees, we get 4 houses to look at. Awesome, huh. Yeah right! The retention pond we have is the baseball field (only grass though). The cornfield (being destroyed next year) was where we played and looked at the pond in the middle and sat down. Across the street was a place where we played games and now it’s gone! In summer, there was baseball from 6-8 and tag games in the dark till about 10. And the neighbors let us run through their yards all the time. I hope the new people do too! 4 big houses! Isn’t it ridiculous? They work on it all the time and there is all of this noise from the machines!

I'm trying to work out a settlement with the auto-insurance company over an injury that happened last December. They're offering $3,500, but we want $5,000. I was wondering how much it would cost them in legal fees, and lawyer costs if we were to bring this to court. It could help in our bartering if we know they'll be saving money just settling. Thanks.
