return service requested sticker on packages?

i bought games from walmart and the packages always have a sticker which says "return service requested". what does this mean?

they have 2 stickers one that says that with my address and a small one attach to it saying return service requested.

It means that if the package can't be delivered, they want it returned to them and will pay the return postage if there is any.
