I am going to buy my mother a gift online. I want it to get here by Christmas, I got my paycheck on Friday, but was unable to deposit it until saturday, the teller told me, it would be availible on tuesday. The question I am asking is, will it be availibe at 12:00 am, which will be tuesday, or will I have to wait a little later? Thanks.

The TIME of day does not matter. Your bank will NOT process the charge until the CLOSE of business on the day the charge is processed by the merchant. That could be up to 3 days AFTER the actual charge. In any case, ALL funds available in your account are available BEFORE charges are processed.
