I have a split mortgage, that I did not want but my recently separated wife and her brother did have everything to do with. I thought we were being taken care of but we, got screwed now a year later she left and I am left with holding the problem. Is there any way for me to save the house??? I am in a chapter 7 now in WA state, can I save the house??

deed was not reg.with the county although i have paperwork from title co. stating otherwise. buyer was in the morgage bus. his friend at the title company did the paperwork. both buyer and friend no longer work for previous employers. ive been told im out the 70,000 that was owed to me. something fishy has been done at my expense. don't mean to sound ignorant but apparently the shoe fits if anyone can help attorney or not id would be grateful. if need more info my email address is carpediem4lf@yahoo.com

When we pay sales tax, where does the tax go? I would like to know where the tax goes in California, Mississippi, New Jersey, etc. , since they have one of the highest sales tax in the country.

I'm a notary public and certified loan signing agent in CA and i'm planning to advertise myself saying that i'll give gift card in gratitude for the job. Is this illegal?

The noise level where we live has become unbearable due to neighbors. Dealt with the leasing office, called the cops, (even have a case number) confronted the neighbors ourselves and the situation doesn't get better. We can't continue to go on in this manner and it's turning ugly.
There is a clause in the lease that states we would owe some money if we vacate early. How can we break this lease without paying the fee that comes with this since we feel it's the complex itself we can no longer tolerate? If it helps..we only have less than 4 mos left and they're renovating all apts when vacated...which would include ours so it would have to stay vacant for a while anyway.
Anyone have knowledge on this?

Hello,

I hope somebody can help me.

I'm going to be living in NYC and working at a public University in NYC.

How does this work? I know they will take NJ taxes as well as NY and then give me back the NY taxes. Is there a way I can just not take the NY money out, and not owe the goverment all this money come tax time?

I really appreciate any help anybody can give me.

What I assume is that I'll be paying:
NYC taxes
Federal taxes
NY State taxes

NJ Taxes????

Hi,
1) I am planning to buy co-op in NY. I will be the sole owner for this apt. My parent is going to help me put down $40000 as downpayment(it will be like a personal loan to me). It's going to be a bank check make payable to the seller of the co-op. (I am putting down additional $35000 myself). Will this transaction get reported to the IRS. Does it effect her or me in anyway?

2) My brother just wrote me a personal check for $10000.00 as a gift. If i deposit this personal check from him, is it going to be reported to the IRS??

I'm an A1C in the Air Force and have no credit. I never had a credit card because I always paid with cash or debit (if I didn't have the money then and there, I didn't need the item because I didn't want to start any type of debt).
Anyway, I absolutely need a car. I work 6 miles from the Security Forces dorms on my base and I pay a guy 20 dollars a paycheck to give me a ride (to the same place he's going, no less).
I've tried to get a loan through USAA and I was denied due to having no credit. I then tried the Nevada Federal Credit Union to no avail due to the same reason.
I just applied for a loan through Pioneer Military Lending who will loan military money even with no credit, but something's wrong and my loan appliclation is neither approved or denied.

Does anyone know of a reputable place to go for a loan for military that's fast? (I'm hoping to buy a car Wednesday or Thursday.)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to get a nightgown for my daughter from www.disneyshopping.com. It has been out of stock for several weeks yet I check faithfully everyday. You can imagine how thrilled I was to see that it was in stock on Thursday - and in her size! I rushed to order it, even putting additional items in the cart to qualify for their shipping deal. I paid via credit card and breathed a sigh of relief that she was going to be so excited for Christmas. Imagine my disappointment the next day to find an email from Disney stating that the nightgown was out of stock and my order couldn't be filled. I emailed their customer service department immediately and was told it is their "busy season" so sometimes their website doesn't update as quickly as it should. My thing is, it is everyone's busy season. I order from other sites and never had this problem. Every time I email a complaint I get a generic "thanks for your time" note back. I can't find any other contact info to get to a manager etc

I am posting this question on behalf of a collegue.

Ok so, I've recently started work in McDonalds, and recieve pay every 2 weeks via Bank Giro Credit. I was paid twice fine, no problems, but my last pay was never put into my bank account.

I asked my boss about it, but she said its a problem with my bank account. She said that there is nothing she can do.

Is this correct? Is there anything I can do to pursuade her to actually check and to stop being so tight with her money? Am I looking at a legal case?
