Is this a dealer's buy rate and a sell rate?
.05000 would be 20 / US$1
.00010 would be 10000 / US$1, which is not far from the rate quote on www.xe.com

I suspect that .05000 is a typographical error. 0.00005 might be a currency exchange buy rate in the US.

The second link is an example of the most recent Indonesia 100,000 rupiah note for sale on eBay from a seller that I have done business with several times with a buy-it-now price of $24.99 for an uncirculated note. This is about 2.5 times face value.

If it is 0.05 US $ per Rupiah, then you get 20 Rupiah to one dollar.

If it is 0.0001 $ per R, then your get 1,000 Rupiah to one dollar.
