Not breach but you would then be on the hook to pay both of them a commission, fire the first one then hire the second one.

No. And if the new broker tells you any different do not hire them.

you surecan,
you might owe a credit report fee and appraisal fee if it has been ordered, but you get to keep a copy of it and gie to your new broker
