I have an opportunity to purchase a piece of property that is landlocked by Indian Reservation land. The tribe does not want to allow access to the land. Is there any legal recourse? Please help if you can. Thank you.

Yeah, have the owner get an easement first. Do NOT even think of buying until this is done and is recorded on the property records. Normally getting an easement on landlocked land is relatively straight forward. No idea on what hoops you have to jump through with Native Reservation lands, though.
