I like photography, but unfortunately I'm a very basic beginner. I'm certified in Microsoft Office programs and I'm currently making a good wage as an Excel/Access specialist, but I don't want to do this with the rest of my life and I think something along the lines of digital photography may be something I would like to pursue. (I'm 23)

But I don't like the idea of taking pics of kids, married couples, family portraits, high school graduates, etc... I think I would be more interested in focusing on nature, animals (especially birds), science (especially astronomy related... as long as it doesn't require too much of a science background... I'm not a scientist), etc... (And no, I don't want to go into journalism and take pics of current events / news)

Does anyone know of any non-human subject photography job titles / careers I could consider? Thanks.

My brother rented a home with an old friend of his he had not seen since high school, they both signed a year lease in June 2007. This friend meet a young woman Labor Day weekend and has been seeing her ever since. She stays there every weekend from Thursday late night after he gets off from work until Monday afternoon, when he goes back to work. She is also there a couple times during the week. By there I mean sleeping overnight, eating, showering, hanging out, ect. This roomate also rarley cleans up after himself and does not perform any maintenance such as mowing, shoveling snow, pitching in on cleaning supplies, ect. This basic maintenance is a requirment on the lease, so is getting permission to have a guest over for long periods. He complained to landlord and the roomate also told his side and obviously lied. The landlord says he does not know who to believe and unless she is receiving mail there he cannot step in. Is receiving mail the only thing that constitutes living there?

Also can anyone tell me what pay I would be looking at getting when I graduate in the legal profession.

I've made a fair amount of income in interest from CDs. I didn't make any quarterly payments so I want to start doing this starting this quarter knowing it's due on Jan 15th. I went to the IRS web site and they have a 1040ES form. Do I need to send in the whole form or can I just send in the payment voucher along with a payment?

My husband and I are about to place an offer on a beautifully renovated home just outside of Charlotte, NC. It is an old Mill neighborhood and quite a few have been renovated. The one we are looking at is 179K and the average prices are around 115K This house has had a second floor addition (you cannot see from the front) and the price per square foot is actually $79 in comparison to the average homes in the community at $115. I have 2 questions. First- is this a stupid purchase?? I've heard not to buy the most expensive house in the neighborhood. Second, are we going to have a problem with the appraisal- I've heard it is more difficult with an FHA loan. Any help would be great!!

I had a returned check turned over to collections, and now the agency is threatening to have me jailed if I don't pony up the money in full (I have tried to make payment arrangements). I intend to pay the amount back, but I don't like being coerced into skipping rent for a month to pay these people. I thought the company that originally received the check had to be the one to pursue charges. Am I wrong?

I recently graduated with a bachelors degree in Statistics but I have wanted to be a nurse for a long time. I am planning to go back to community college in order to qualify to take my states boards. I know that with a BSN it will be easier to obtain a supervisory role later on. My question is will I qualify for supervisory roles with a B.S. in Statistics and RN license (I'm not planning on going into a BSN program)?

A domain registrar (aplus.net) quoted me about $12 and then billed me $60 instead. I contacted them about it and they agreed to refund my money. But on the same day they refunded me, they billed me again for yet another $60! I checked my business email, and they even sent me a second invoice on that day. Obviously I was shocked, and emailed them again with more bank records and the invoice to show their mistake. But now they're denying charging me the second time!

I've contacted the BBB, but the company hasn't responded yet. Are there any other actions I can take to get a refund? I can't afford to just let this money go, especially around Christmastime. I put my business on hold so I can give my son autism therapy myself, since his official therapy program isn't ready yet. In the meantime, our family can't afford to let this slide, and I really would like to know if there's some option that I'm not thinking of. Thank you so very much!

I may be selling shirts. I get 25% commission on my sales. Sound good? I'd have my own branch. The price is set an $15, it costs $5 to ship (I'm not sure if it's $5/shipment or per shirt. I'm finding that out), I get $3.75/shirt. I can earn more money by setting the price a little higher, but probably not a good idea, or after selling a certain amount of shirts my commission becomes 30%. Sound good? I will have more questions. Thanks

I know I am eligible financially for Healthy NY insurance, but I am not sure how to apply.

The website says I need to apply through the individual insurance company, but there's no real information on how to pick the correct insurance company to work through.

Does anyone have any advice?
