I know we as American citizens pay the taxes but do they take them out of state taxes, property taxes...what?

I have three accounts on my credit report that I didn't open. Two are delinquent. One is current. We have no knowledge at all of these accounts at all. We reported to Experian and placed a fraud alert on our account. They emailed back that these would stay on our credit report, that they were verified. That is not possible they do not belong to us. What do we do now??? Thanks in advance for any information.

I am single making $60k a year and I want to get the most money out of my paycheck without owing the IRS anything. A friend told me that she claims 7 and still got a $100.00 back. She lives in New Jersey and I am in New York City. What number should I put down to get the most out of my check now without owing money at the end of the year?

They came home one day and found black soot all over everything. The carpeting and the walls were even covered with this black soot. They are moving elsewhere, but are worried about moving their personal belongings that are soot covered to their new place. The wife just got done having cancer treatments and then come home and find this. My question is, even if they didn't have renters insurance, there still must be a program or something to help them recoup some of their losses. Yes or no? They called the landlord and told him about it and he said he has no plans on replacing the furnace. This is all going on in North Dakota and right now the temp is 10 above with a wind chill of -10 below. Even their appliances are covered with this thick black soot. I couldn't go there and help them get some of their stuff out because I have asthma. Can you think of anywhere where I could refer them to? Thanks for your help?

I found a house that has been foreclosed on that the people were in the process of remodeling. The house is about 85% complete, and now the bank wants a cash deal in order for anyone to purchase because the property isn't finished 100%. Is there a special loan I can get to make the bank happy and allow me to finish the property?

it says on their website that they do not do credit checks i filled out the application and have a letter from them saying ive been accepted but have to pay a admin fee of nearly £50 for them to process it for me, would you think it was safe to sent them the money? i don't want to pay it and then lose my money if they go on and credit check me afterwards and i don't meet their requirements

my wife and i separater in oct of 2006.i get no support from her at all.i was left with our four kids.got laid off from my job.thing got thigt so i went and got help help from the state. their is achild support order in the works for her only she doesnt know it yet. she applied for low income houing and got it.she claimed our two youngest so she had to have told them she has them. she said that she go to the welfare and get help.i am already getting help from them. she doesnt know i am getting help from them. i guess my question is what going to happen if and when she does.

My Mom was hurt pretty bad at a local chevron gas station.When I contacted the chevron co. they told me that because it was a franchise only that owner would be responsible.But I think thats BS,Chevron is Chevron.Now they just keep blowing us off.Where can we find a lawyer that gets paid when we do?
