I am ready to start a program for ultrasound technology. The only problem is that I cannot find a school in my area that has this program. Does anyone know of anywhere? I live in Gardner, KS...about 25 miles southwest of Kansas City. Thanks!

Since I don't know exactly where you are, I listed schools in nearby states also. Some schools require you to be a registered radiologic technologist first, and the University of Kansas is one of them. You can find schools for that here (choose Radiography): http://arrt.org/index.html?content=http://www.arrt.org/nd/listOfSchools.ndm/listSchools&iframe=yes

I would imagine that KU would have such a program. Have you checked with the major hospitals in Kansas City to see where their technicians trained? Good luck.
